Health and Fitness Consultations

I have to say that its been quite a while since I last blogged. Things have been extremely busy with all sorts of things including work, travel, family life and some new and exciting projects I have been working on. Hopefully everyone had a great holiday season and 2019 has gotten off to a great start.

Spring is now upon us and for many of us that means more time outdoors hopefully engaging in sports and other fitness activities. I wanted to take this opportunity to talk about the private health and fitness consultations that I offer. Certainly all of us are different and we are all at varying places when it comes to our health and fitness. The goals we have about our fitness and health are all different. A fitness program or diet plan that works well for one may be disastrous for another. This is why I am a firm believer in personalized health and fitness consultations. We all have different lifestyles that encompass different schedules, habits, and obligations. A successful diet and fitness plan  requires not a "one size fits all" type of approach but rather a specific method that go hand in hand with your lifestyle.

So what do my private consultations consist of? Well to begin, we will sit down and I will ask you a series of questions about you. Again, this is all about YOU and what YOU want to achieve. We will discuss your daily schedule and habits, your obligations to family and work, your habits, your health history and most importantly your goals. Once this is done we'll develop together a fitness and nutrition plan that will work most effectively for you. This is different from the consultation that you would have with a personal trainer, a nutritionist, a health coach or even your own doctor. With me you get all of that in one for much less than what you would otherwise pay. The beautiful thing is there is a one time fee but then you are able to check in with me anytime at your convenience with any questions that you may have along the way.
